Have You All Been Treat Like Tat Before? - Problem Solve!!!!!!

I believe most of u have read my last post regarding i been bad treat by a lady name Ms. Chang from Informatics, KL right? If u no sure u can go back 2 this post n read it. I have send an email 2 her supervisor on tat day i been bad treat but i didnt receive any respond from her supervisor even i have called her n leave my msg n contact number... So i follow my fren advice 2 send them an 2nd reminder email on 20 May n this email get her attention n she have called me on tat day as well... So i told her abt the thing tat happen 2 me... What her staff have done 2 me... Y i'm sooo angry with what happen.... N finally i ask her what is her salutation in this case.... I also make her 2 find out what is her side story as i might wrong as well in this case.... So she called me last9 evening time n she told me her side story...... She told me y Ms. Chang cut my phone, the only reason is because she have customer on tat time as i keep on demand some answer from me n somemore she was alone on tat time. So i ask her supervisor, is tat very hard 4 her 2 say "Kevin, i'm so sorry, i currently have customer in front me. Would u call me back later?" or "Kevin, can leave ur contact number, i will call u back soon" or she also can say "Kevin, do u mind if i put u on hold awhile?". The fact is when she hang up customer call just like tat without let customer know y the reason will cause misunderstand.... So her supervisor also say she feel sorry n volunteer 2 call me 2 apologize... Since this thing already happen months ago n i cant turn back the time to prevent this thing happen, so i accept her apologize...... So i consider this case solve..... End well.... I also suggest 2 her supervisor tat i hope his thing wont happen again.....

2day i just call my old college in KL cos the campus tat i study in Klang is close down in 2005.... Since i have no other choice, so i have 2 call KL Informatics 2 help.... My call been pick up by a lady name Miss Chang n she been very rude 2 me... No tat only..... She just CUT my phone without say ANYTHING or even a Hold On word when i request 2 spoken with her supervisor.... N i have 2 call again..... How can a customer Services staff can speak 2 her caller with word "LAH"? N only tat she spoken 2 her caller in very rude way until i cant stand anymore... So tat y i request 2 spoken with her supervisor.... But this lady is going 2 get from me as i have email her supervisor n cc the copy to her branch manager......Do u all have this kind of experience?
