Winter Solstice aka Dang Chek....

Yesterday is Dang Chek...... But i was bz 2 post this post up due 2 i have many thing 2 do n later 2nite is have full moon buffer 2attend.... Anyway, i going 2 post what i call home made tang yuen.... Below i post the picture i snap yesterday......

Original Favour Mix with red colour...Mix with pandan essence.... In process of cook itIt will be very yummy if it eat 2gether with Peanut.....

As i say we do using traditional way... it will no prefect if it eat without Gula melaka ginger syrup...... N somemore need 2 eat it with peanut lor...... Yummy..... The interesting part is tang yuen is been mix with pandan essence..... Even though the pandan taste will no be taste when u eat but the colour quite nice....... Hope i no making anyone drip saliva lor.... :P
